Download the whole document
The complete document, in one file, in whichever format is useful. All three are regenerated from the same source every time the document is revised, so none of them can drift out of step with the site.
Each carries the important notice as front matter. Please keep it attached if you pass the file on — it is the part that tells the next reader what they are holding.
Formatted for reading and printing, with the contents list, working internal links, and the diagrams rendered.
Word (.docx)
Section titled “Word (.docx)”For annotating, quoting, or handing to a clinician. Headings map to Word’s navigation pane, so the structure survives.
Markdown
Section titled “Markdown”The canonical source file — plain text, every link intact. This is the version the site itself is built from, and the right one if you want to feed it into something else.
Reusing it
Section titled “Reusing it”Take it, quote it, print it, give it to your neurologist, feed it to your own tools. Attribution is welcome but not required. The one genuine request is that the notice travels with it, and that anything you republish makes clear it is a continuously revised document rather than a settled one — a stale copy presented as current is how good information turns into bad information.
This is not medical advice. It is an independent, privately maintained research summary that is revised continuously and may contain errors, omissions or findings since superseded. Treatment decisions belong with a qualified clinician who knows your history.Read the full notice.
